Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and holiday.
Floating Requirements: To Tele, MS in the event it is needed. Labor, PP, Nursery and PEDS
Equipment Used on Unit: Acudose, Philips Vitals Machines, Bladder Scanner, Medula Breast Pumps, Responder 5 Call light system, Medfusion Pumps.
Required Skills/Experience: Post Partum and PEDS
Ratio: 1:3 mom/baby couplets, 1:5 GYN/Med-Surge patients, 1:3-4 pediatrics
Unit Details: Census varies-average 5 couplets, 2 pediatrics, 1 gyn, 2 labor, 4 SCN.
Previous Employment Requirements: If clinician previously worked with Sanford, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.
