120 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is required from last 3 months.

Additional Details:

No travelers who are coming from a staff position at a facility within 50 mile radius of ThedaCare Corporate Center in Neenah, WI

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40

Start times: 515/530am

Weekends: As needed

Holidays: As needed

Required Skillset: Experience specifically to CVOR scrubbing a variety of open heart cases, Valves, bypasses, double valves, triple valves, bypass/valve cases

Proven performance in educating a team, developing a team, training 1:1, providing coaching/feedback in a constructive manner.

Orientation: 1 day of HR & opportunity to observe/participate in cases.

Scrub Colors: Provided

No new travelers - at least one completed contract REQUIRED. If no prior travel experience, will consider if contractor has solid CVOR leadership/precept experience.
