Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Additional Details:

Orientation Date: 6/3 or 6/17 orientation dates

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36

Shift Requirements: Every other weekend; holiday rotation

Float Requirements: Mukwonago and other units

On Call/Call Back Requirements: N/A

Required Skillset: Triage and evaluate patients - circulating in the OR

Patient ratio 1:1 Labor, 1:3 Anti-Partum, 1:3 Mom baby couplets
