Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

36 months of Direct Observation Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Observation Unit /Inpatient

Floating Requirements: Float to all inpatient units as needed .

On Call/Call Back Requirements: None

Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and every other holiday

Background in observation units, or step-down MS/Tele units.

Ability to read and interpret strips is required.

Will have to take an EKG exam during compliance.

Required Education: Associate Degree or Certificate
