Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
36 months of Physical Therapy experience is required from last 3 years.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License

BLS (Required)

40 guaranteed hours
Every other weekend scheduling
