Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 10 months of Pediatric Operating Room experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Maryland license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 3+ years of OR experience, current Pediatric OR experience, Circulates and SCRUBS, experience with robotics a plus.

Unit/Facility Details: Pediatric ORs provide a full range of cardiac surgical services and general surgery Neuro, ortho, plastics, GYN, ENT, Ophthalmology, trauma, general.

Shift & Scheduling: Work Schedule/Hours: 7-5:30pm (M-F); Thursdays 8-6:30pm, rotational day off. No Set Schedule. Will do On Call. Call is scheduled when ORs are closed - evening/nights, weekends and holidays.
The OR closes at night and on the weekend, on call covers when OR has closed – On call covers emergency cases.
