Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Dialysis Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license

Additional Details:

No Block Scheduling requests Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.

Flu Vaccine: Exemption due to egg allergy is not acceptable.

Guaranteed hours: 36

Shift: 5am - 5:30pm; Every other Saturday rotation in schedule require.; Call required generally 4 days/month and 1 weekend every 8 weeks however this may vary

Minimum 2 years’ recent experience from medium/large sized facilities - acute inpatient Dialysis.

Required also is experience with Fresenius Dialysis Machines. Chronic Outpatient Dialysis experience highly preferred.

Credentials Required: comfort level with Telemetry

Education: Has completed the basic professional curricula of a school of nursing as approved and verifi ed by a state board of nursing, and holds or is entitled to hold a diploma or degree therefrom.

Traveler Must pass basic Dysrrhythmia and Medication exams on first day of the 2-day class orientation.
