RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with network - Must have left in good status, if former employee.

ER profiles must include the size of the facility / # beds and the Trauma Level designation (if any)

Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN and CNAs.

Unit/Facility Details: Traveler is expected to have their own transportation, Parking Cost: Free

Floating Requirements: ALL travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state. travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
