Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only)

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Must be able to start within 3 weeks of requested start date. ASAP start dates are required to start within 6 weeks.

Required Credentials: Graduate of an accredited school of Surgical Technology

Shift & Scheduling: Shift: D/E Variable - 3, 10’s one week and then 4, 10s the next Variable - 30 hrs one week, 40 hrs the next 0730-1700
