Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

ASN completion required

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Illinois license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Education: ASN or BSN accepted

Reference - One from a Supervisor/Manager/Charge RN within the last year in order to submit.

RTO - All time off must be included at the time of submission

Northwestern Medicine and any of its acquired facilities Must be included on employment history

Proof of ID: Current and valid Driver’s License or Government Photo ID with address preferred, but highly recommended by client to have on file.
