Requirements
Experience
24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license
Certifications
NRP (Required)
BLS (Required)
Intermediate AWHONN FHM (Required)
ACLS (Preferred)

Additional Details:

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 48

Weekend Hours: As required by facility/every other weekend

Call Requirements: None

Float Requirements: as needed, to a similar or lower acuity unit

Patient Ratios: 1/1 or 1/2, staffed by AWHONN guidelines

Must Have Skills/Experience: Inpatient only, moderate volume hospitals are preferred

Preferred Skillset/Experience: Moderate to high acuity patients

Type of Patients on Unit: Laboring mothers and antepartum, OB emergency

Scrub Color: Black or surgical scrubs provided by facility.

Any unacceptable attire: anything other than above.
