Required Skills: Accessing/Managing Ports, Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Phlebotomy, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Chemotherapy Administration, Monitoring Chemotherapy, Chest tubes-Emerson/PleurEvac, External CPAP/BIPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Tracheostomy care/management, Feeding tube care and management, Heparin Protocols, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, PCA, Titrate Cardiac drips, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry -on the unit monitoring, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, Isolation Precautions, Wound Care/Wound Vac, IV insulin protocols, Titration of Insulin drips, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown, Telemetry, Plastics, Surgical drains, High Acuity PCU

Required Credentials: Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

Floating Requirements: to other PCU or MedSurg Oncology units
