Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Preferred 24 months of Pediatric Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit experience.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license

PALS (Required)

ACLS (Preferred)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling:

On call Requirement: 1 weekend per month, 2-3 days per week

Pre-Approved Time Off: 1 Request

Orientation Hours: 30

Required Skills/Experience: Must have 2 years of CVOR exp (willing to accept adult or peds CVOR exp)

Preferred Skills/Experience: Willing to consider any candidate with 2 solid years (and at least 1 completed travel assignment) of CVOR- can be adults or pediatrics.

Patient Population: Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics

Common Diagnoses: Procedure room adjacent to CVICU- used prn (washout, chest closure, etc)

Previous Employment Requirements: Cannot have worked perm for Nationwide for at least 2 years
