Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 10 months of Hospice experience.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Kansas license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling: Start Date: 9/15 or 9/22

Monday-Friday, Rotating Call

Required Skills/Experience: At least 1 year of recent experience as a Hospice and/or Home-based Healthcare

Preferred Skills/Experience: 1 year home hospice experience

Floating Requirements: Rarely if weekend staff is off for PTO will be asked to work

Special Requests: Candidates must have a dependable vehicle for travel to patient homes,

Required Credentials: Valid drivers license and insurance coverage

Orientation Requirements: THP will attend the fist 2 days of orientation at the KUKC Campus, on day 3 THP will attend Olathe orientation and Director of Nursing training, Day 4 Olathe Director of Nursing training, Day 5 THP will attend virtual Epic training if they are unable to test out
