Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience with 9 months within the past 12 months.
3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Proof of Identification
Driver's license required

Additional Details:
Must be able to start within 4-5 weeks to apply.
Required Skills/Experience: Rehab / Med Surg, IV experience
Preferred Skills/Experience: Wound Care, Stoke, TBI
Equipment Used on Unit: Mechanical lift, sara steady, Baxter pumps, Kangaroo pumps.
Unit/Facility Details: 19 beds.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend
Floating Requirements: CCU, Med Surg, ER
