Requirements

Experience

60 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Management experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Supervisor – Respiratory Therapy - Required

Required:

5 years of clinical experience as a Respiratory Therapist

Adult and Level 3 NICU experience

Administers basic and advanced respiratory therapeutic interventions with high proficiency and without supervision.

As needed, the Respiratory Care Supervisor can process timecards and payroll corrections; and contributes to team member scheduling and time off approvals.

As needed, RT supervisor can act as a primary trainer for new department procedures, onboarding, and cross-training.

Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
