Please be expected to float between Avista, Longmont, St. Anthony North, St. Anthony, and Ortho CO as this is a requirement for Centura Health. Floating may be required to any Centura location within sixty (60) miles of the original assignment location or Centura-identified “float zone”. -Float assignments may include duties outside of original assignment job requirements (including skill set) in accordance with Centura policy.

Medical Lab Tech

Weekends: Required.

Years of Experience: 1+ Year of experience in Acute Care

9 year of related work experience preferred

License/Certification (one of the following): ASCP- Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT)  AMT - Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT)  Equivalent Certification (Escalate for approval if the Medical Laboratory Technologist Certification is not from the specified certifying bodies)

Associate Degree Required. Associates Degree or completion of U.S. Military 50-week course leading to specialty of Medical Laboratory Specialist or equivalent role and ASCP MLT certification or equivalent, OR Bachelors Degree in a Science field with applicable clinical experience. Medical Laboratory Technician-ASCPAmerican Society of Clinical Pathologists Required. MLT with ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certification required within 6 months of hire.
