Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Physical Therapy experience within the past 12 months.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License

Unit and Facility Details: CARF accredited ARU within hospital. Parking Location: free parking – north entrance.
Shift & Scheduling Requirements: There will be a minimum of (1) Saturday/month required to work during assignment. Additional day off during the week will occur to maintain 40 hour work week.
Floating Requirements: St. Mary’s ARU, Hobart & CSRC IRF, Crown Point
