𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀: cardiac monitoring

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀/𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀/𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁: LPN will be responsible for all patient care with the exception of assessments, documentation of discharge, restraints and set up of blood administration. LPN will work in team nursing model with an RN to care for 8 medical stepdown patients, in which RN will be responsible for all assessments. LPN will be responsible for medication administration, wound care and other patient care as needed. In addition to the RN/LPN team, there will also be a PCT to assist with patient care, vitals etc.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
