Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 24 months of Physical Therapy experience.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License

Required Skills/Experience:
- Must have Inpatient and Outpatient Experience.
- Must have at least one year of Peds PT experience if working in Peds.
Required Credentials: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
Preferred Credentials: Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Floating Requirements: Floating between departments and or local locations within 20 miles is required.
