Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Operating Room experience.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Florida license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Strong Ortho, oncology, bariatrics, vascular, neuro, trauma and robotics. Must have robotic and ortho/neuro experience

Required Credentials: Degree accreditation must be on profile or must have 5 years of experience. Hard document deadline is Monday prior to start. No exceptions for pending docs

Special Requests: All rto or schedule requests must be on submission- hcf will not be approving rto or schedule requests after submission.

Shift & Scheduling: Must be able to start within 3 weeks from the job's listed start date. Call: 1 shift per week after scheduled day for 2-4 hours and 1-2- 12hr weekend shifts per month.

Floating Requirements: Travelers are first to float, possibly float to other sister campuses as well
