Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
12 months of Physical Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Monday 12:00 pm-8:30 pm Tuesday 7:00 am-5:30 pm Thursday 7:00 am-5:30 pm Friday 7:00 am-5:30 pm
It would include an occasional weekend shift (1-2/month) with comp day during the week (likely comp day would be Thursday or Tuesday).
