Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 36 months of Cardiac Transitional Care Unit experience.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license

Additional Details:

CPCU

Shift & Scheduling: 7:00 A.M. - 3:30 P.M.

Will typically work every 3rd weekend and cover 1 holiday, but this is subject to change based on census and staffing.

There is no on-call required, but the RN may be asked to take a rare call day in times of fluctuating census/staffing.

Required Skills/Experience: Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three (3) years cardiac step-down experience, including heart cath recovery/cardiac drips/post-op open heart patients and other cardiac/med-surg step-down patients.

Must have experience with the following: Open-Heart and Vents

Floating Requirements: ill be required to float to other units in times of low volumes or coverage crisis, although this is not expected.
