Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only)

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

For units that auto offer : A maximum of 3 days RTO and no holidays will be approved automatically. RTO over 3 days and holiday requests will have to be reviewed by the facility, which will delay the process.

Required Skills/Experience: Home Health experience required.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Monday - Friday.

• Our travelers work 1 Saturday a month and would get Tues, Wed, or Thursday off the week prior in order to keep to 40 hrs per week.

Floating Requirements: Coverage area is not guaranteed for duration of assignment and subject to change. CLN may be asked to see patients in a different territory on occasion as needed or the assigned territory may change depending on available staff and patient needs.
