Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a South Dakota license or compact license

Required Skills/Experience: Level 3 or higher L&D experience and competency to manage high acuity labor patients, to include but not limited to - preeclampsia, preterm labor and delivery, management of laboring and antepartum patients less than 35 weeks gestation

Preferred Skills/Experience: Highly prefer candidate with Level 2 nursery baby experience

Unit/Facility Details: Will be required to work Postpartum/Couplet care throughout the contract -Free Parking: Yes

Shift & Scheduling: -Shift Times: 12-hour shifts, 0630/1830, variable shifts, must work Nights/Days throughout contract -Weekend rotation: every other -No call -Holiday Expectations: holidays as needed
