Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Long Term Care experience.
3 months of experience with MatrixCare is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Minnesota license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Additional Details:
An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.
Required Credentials: Associate's Degree or Certificate
Unit/Facility Details: Candidate must start medical portion of compliance within 48 hours of accepted offer, or 24 hrs for a quick start
Shift & Scheduling:
- 8 & 12 hr variable days
- Weekend/Holidays: Every other weekend, every other holiday
- On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
Floating Requirements: Will be required to float to Gundersen Tweeten (25mi apart) as needed.
