Additional Details:
Previous perm staff must be gone for 2 years before they are eligible to return in a traveler capacity. No exceptions.
Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.
If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.
LPNs only: Must have previously worked on at least (1) a travel assignment with Trusted and have a reference from that assignment
Roles requiring a state licensure only: Cannot have any licensure hits
Every Other Weekend
Previous perm candidates must be gone for 2 years
Previous travelers there for 1 full year must be gone for 2 years
All Submittals Must Include A Unexpired Copy Of The Candidates Drives License
Ratios 1:3 for Stepdown.
Holidays They try not to schedule travelers on the holidays if they don't have to (if this changes they will let us know)
Common diagnosis / Types of patients They get everything from post cath lab to balloon pumps. No Open Hearts. They get ventrics but no bolts. They have a thoracic surgeon 2x/month, every-other-Thursday. No CRRT. Common ground MICU/SICU w/ some cardiac - CCU acuity - they don't get a lot balloon pumps so usually give those to perm staff; however, if a traveler has this experience they will consider giving them balloon pumps.
