Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

24 months of Pediatric Intermediate Care Unit experience is required from last 3 months.

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Additional Information

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR), utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding are required for this unit and all RN units. Clinicians will be requested to sign an attestation to confirm they are aware of this requirement during compliance.

Pediatric experience required

IMC variable acuity 20-bed unit.

Experience with adults & peds required.

ICU experience required.

Candidate must be willing to care for ICU, IMC, and med surg patient at any given time.

Ratio guidelines ICU 1: 1-3, IMC 1:4, med surg 1:5-6. Based on patient acuity these changes.

Every other Weekend & Holiday

Call Requirement: only for low census or if picking up.

Float Requirements: for low census to task only for ED/UC or PACU. No patient assignment.

Candidates will float within the hospital as needed
