Experience Requirement: Floating experience does not count toward experience requirement. Correctional facility experience does not count toward experience requirement.
Required Skills/Experience: Trauma Level I/II in the past three years.
Required Credentials: Cannot have an employment gap in the past 4+ months.
Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Special Requests: Travel pairs cannot request the same schedule
Shift & Scheduling: 4 weekends shifts per 4 week block.
Holiday Requirements: Typically 2 of the 5 (count the eves).
Floating Requirements: Shared schedule with Foothills - typically scheduled ahead of time, infrequent last-minute floating.
