Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

9 months of Occupational Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Additional Details:

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

OT Rehab

Patient Ratios – NA. Expecting 5/12-6 hours of treatment.

Must have Basic knowledge of inpatient rehab and Ability to flex and work as part of a team.

Preferred or nice to have Previous experience in inpatient rehab and Open to working on weekends. (minimum of 2 per 4 wk period expected).

Floating Area(s): Other Methodist Inpatient Rehabs is possible.

Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - black pants, olive scrub top

Weekends and On call(if any): Minimum of 2 per 4 wk period required
