Coverage area: South side of Chicago (south of downtown)
RN productivity expectation for 40 hours = 28 - 32 points per week
SOC: 2 point 5, Revisit 1 point, Recerts, 1.5 , discharge 1point.
Any overtime must be pre-approved.
2 week cancellation
Client may consider without HCHB exp at a reduced rate for the first 2 weeks if the manager is willing to train.
