Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Bone Marrow Transplant Unit experience.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license

Required Skills: Inpatient oncology, Bone Marrow Transplant, Administration of bone marrow, Graft-versus-host disease, Chemotherapy, Administration of chemotherapy, Body fluid handling post Chemotherapy, Continuous Infusion of chemotherapy, Monitoring Chemotherapy, Oral Administration of chemotherapy, Recognize/ communicate abnormal lab values, IV Therapy/ Infusions, Administration of blood & blood products, Care and management of ports, Central Line/Implanted Line Care, Oncologic Emergencies, Acute Tumor Lysis Syndrome (ATLS), Anaphylaxis, Extravasation injury, Hemorrhage, Sepsis, Spinal Cord Compression, Professional Knowledge and Skills, Chest tube care and management, Neutropenic precautions, Symptom management, Altered mental status, Constipation/diarrhea, Dysphagia, Edema, Nausea/vomiting, Neuropathy
