Required Skills/Experience: Blood Product Administration, Central line blood draw, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Phlebotomy, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Chest tubes-Emerson/PleurEvac, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Oral suctioning, Oxygen administration, Oxygen tanks, Tracheostomy care/management, Colostomy care and management, Feeding tube care and management, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Heparin, Insulin, PCA, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, Isolation Precautions, IV insulin protocols, Med/Surg, Surgical drains.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching Hospital Experience, Trauma Level I Experience

Skills: Accessing/Managing Ports, CPAP/BiPAP, Pre/Post Thoracic Surgery, Spinal cord injuries, Traumatic Brain injury, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry -on the unit monitoring, Wound Care/Wound Vac, Ortho trauma, Peripheral nerve block catheters, Total Joint Replacements, Post Angiogram, Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend, 50% of holidays on contract

Floating Requirements: Med/surg Service line

Floating is mandatory – all travelers must float, including as Patient Observers (Sitters)

MS may float to MS/Tele
