Required Skills/Experience: Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
Must have chronic dialysis experience. Must be willing to read water room and use bicarb mixer- will train
Required Credentials: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
Annual Skills Checklist is required for submission and can't expire during the expected contract dates.
Special Requests: Must list all RTO on contract to guarantee time off.
Shift & Scheduling: Variable Days - mostly 8hr days – Shift times/days may vary based on census, Rotating weekends, every
M/W/F 5a-5:30p OR 9a-10p, Tu/Th/S 5a-5:30p, 5a-1:30p, 9a-5:30p
