Requirements

Experience

36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from last 2 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Neuro/Ortho Trauma Experience

Required Credentials: Associate Degree or Certificate

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Primary cases: Trauma surgical, Neuro, Ortho

Special Requests: An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Day/NOCS variable (must be flexible)

• Start time: 530am & 530pm

• Weekend requirement: Every other weekend

• Holidays as needed

Floating requirements Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities - within 60 mile radius
