Additional Details:
Previous perm staff must be gone for 2 years before they are eligible to return in a traveler capacity. No exceptions.
Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.
If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.
Roles requiring a state licensure only: Cannot have any licensure hits

Weekend Requirement: EOW - Sat/Sun are weekend shifts for both Days or Nights. They are required to work 2 Fridays per schedule. Most staff group their Friday with their weekend shifts, working Fri/Sat/Sun to get it out of the way
Holidays: Work into the perm staff holiday rotation
Floating: Only floating would be to other MedSurg units
Beds: 1W MedSurg = 28-Beds (all private); 2E MedSurg = 29-Beds (all private) NOTE: 2E MedSurg includes 2N & 2S but they refer to entire area of 2E as all one big unit
