Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Should have some experience in monitoring telemetry patients.
• MS/Tele and PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown work settings; cardiac monitoring and emergency response including interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, telemetry on-unit and remote monitoring, use of rapid response/code teams; endocrine/metabolic care including IV insulin protocols and titration of insulin drips; IV therapy/phlebotomy including blood product administration, central line care/management, phlebotomy, peripheral line care/management, PICC line management, starting and maintaining IVs; medication administration including heparin protocols, PCA; plastics care including surgical drains; respiratory care including nasal cannula, oxygen administration, oxygen tanks, and non-invasive airway management; professional knowledge including isolation precautions/PPE and wound care/wound vac.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching Hospital Experience

Required Credentials:

• Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.
• Must be able to pass the telemetry test
