Must have IV experience

RNs must read EKGs

Required Credentials:

Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.

Candidate is required to pass DYS exam PRIOR to accepting. 2 attempts, if failed, DNU for 6 months with CS AZ and Sac Region

Pass fail exam on day 1 of orientation - details to follow

Types of Patients on Unit:

Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Gyn surgeries, pre liver transplant, ESRD, cellulitis, pneumonia, diabetics, DKA

Unit/Facility Details:

beds: 30

1/3 patient turn over per day. High acuity patients.

Special Requests:

Travel Teams must have their own vehicles

No block scheduling.

Shift & Scheduling:

Every other weekend.

Holidays: Work into rotation.

4 total weekend shifts per 4 weeks

Floating Requirements:

Floating: Any MedSurg / Tele floor

Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
