RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Open to accommodating block schedule:Per manager discretion

Charting System: Required, Any

Weekend REQ: No, M-F only

On call REQ: No

Guaranteed Hours: facility is able to call off once per two weeks' pay period.

Scrub Color: Royal Blue or Navy blue

Holidays: traveler must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year

Return Staff Policy: 3 months to return as traveler

Travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.

ACLS, BLS - Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation
