Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months

Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

No On-Call

Adult ICU, ER/Trauma

Areas: Abdomen and pelvis, Chest and Breast, Head and Neck, Musculoskeletal, CINE, Diffusion, Gradient Echo Imaging, MIP, MRP, Perfusion, Spin Echo Images, Surface Coils, T-1 Weighted Images, Spine Imaging, and experience with PACS and Siemens

Pre-Approved Time Off: 1 Request

Patient Population: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics

RTO must be on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review.

No RTO the first two weeks of an assignment

Return Staff Policy: If a nurse has held previous employment with Medstar, must be gone for a minimum of 1 year to return as a traveler
