Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Long Term Care experience.
3 months of experience with PointClickCare is preferred from any number of months.
License
Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Declinations not accepted.

Required skills and experience: 12 months recent LPN in GERI setting
Preferred skills and experience: 18 months LPN in GERI setting
