Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Physical Therapy experience with 12 months within the past 24 months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License

BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Special Requests: Travel Pairs are not accepted.
Shift & Scheduling: M-F (could be flexible to include a weekend day if desired, for example, Sun-Th). Weekend rotation: 2 weekends per 13 week contract .
