Additional Details:
Technologist must be proficient at supporting Neuro and Body Interventional Radiology procedures utilizing single and biplane Siemens radiography units.
Call requirements will be 1 weekend per month and 1 - 2 days per week. Trauma 1 and Stroke Center.
Outpatient and inpatient procedures, adults, geriatrics, and peds. Wide acuity level of patients. McKesson PACS.

Teaching Hospital Experience: Preferred
Community Hospital Experience: Preferred
Travel Experience not required as long as they have a strong IR tech work history
ARRT Advanced Cert preferred
Patient Age Groups: Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics
Daily Census: 25-30 cases/day
RTO must be included at time of submittal or will not be approved- NO EXCEPTIONS
Return Travelers: If a traveler takes a break after an assignment and returns within 18 months, re- orientation is not required.
50% of holidays on contract is required.
50% of weekends on contract required
Floating is required and mandatory for all units. All travelers will be expected to float to any area at UMHS as a Patient Observer (PTOB) – “Sitter.”
