Experience

24 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

24 months of Surgical Intensive Care Unit experience is required from last 3 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license

Additional Details:

Cannot have any previous hits on licensure. Cannot have any of the following background hits: Domestic disputes or domestic violence (at any time), theft (within 5 years), DUIs (within 5 years), drug charges including marijuana (at any time), felony (at any time).

Unable to guarantee block scheduling.

Blackout RTO Dates: 4/13 – 5/3.

• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36.

• Weekend Hours: Every other weekend.

• Float Requirements: Yes – ICU or PCU or Med Surg units.

• Must Have Skills/Experience: ICU Experience.

• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Post-op ICU/PACU experience & recent Cerner experience (doesn’t have to be within the last year).

• Type of Patients on Unit: Surgical ICU – Liver & Kidney Transplants. Surgical ICU – Liver & Kidney Transplants.

• Personality Fit: Flexible, calm, multi-tasker, positive attitudes and compassionate.

• Scrub Color: galaxy blue scrubs (top/bottom/jacket), black scrub pants only.
