Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Physical Therapy experience within the past 12 months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Required Skills/Experience:
- Neuro or Inpatient Rehab experiences are required
- Must Have Skills/Experience: Evaluation, treatment of neuro, ortho, geriatric population
Required Credentials:
- Required Education: Masters or Doctorate degree in PT
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Neuro, inpatient rehab, Experience with GG Quality Indicators
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit:
- Common Diagnosis/Treatment: CVA, hip fracture, debility
Types of Patients on Unit:
- Patient Population adult, geriatric, neuro, ortho, debility, amputee, critical illness, etc.
Equipment Used on Unit:
- Bioness Vector, Senaptec, Neuro VR, Lite Gait, Standing Frame, Tilt table, Car simulator, Chattanooga tower, NuStep, Omnicycle
Unit/Facility Details:
- Parking: side or back of the building
Shift & Scheduling:
- Weekends: Every / weekend rotation.
