Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

9 months of Hospice experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Additional Details:

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

This is a home hospice position.

Traveler shall be using own car to drive from appointment to appointment.

Must have Hospice experience, Familiarity with EMR and Understanding of documentation needed for hospice certs.

Home health experience preferred.
