𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: Customary – Must float as needed

Auto offer guidelines:

Contract Duration – 13-26 weeks Requested time off – up to 5 days in each 13 weeks can be automatically approved (anything more would be subject to approval by the leader prior to confirming the candidate and time would be asked to be made up at the end of the assignment) Weekends – standard expectation of every other full weekend (Saturday and Sunday will be required unless otherwise approved by the leader prior to confirmation) Holidays – candidates should be expected to work at least one of the major winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year’s Day)
