Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Hospice experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.
Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a California license
Certifications
BLS (Required)

Driver's license required

Additional Details:
Unit/Facility Details: This team requires a responsive and dependable clinician and be able to go out on their own day 2 with no additional training. If they cannot- do not submit.
Shift & Scheduling: Minimum of 1 Weekend rotation.
Floating Requirements: Territory: Are you able to provide territories covered for each office? Los Angeles through Orange County.
