Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Pediatric Operating Room experience within the past 4 years.
Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a West Virginia license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Preferred Skills/Experience: Scrubbing is preferred but not required
Shift & Scheduling: 2-eight and 2- 12-hour shifts; preferably 1030-1900 on 8 hr days; weekends and holidays as scheduled -Rotating/All shifts needed -1 Call shift per week -1-2 weekend call -Rotating Holiday Coverage
Floating Requirements: Floating required to 5N/1W & Childrens
