Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Operating Room experience with 9 months within the past 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 2 years OR Circulating Experience at Acute Care Hospital

-Varied skill set cardiothoracic and vascular surgery.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Neuro Spine experience

5 years experience

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: General surgery, robotics, colorectal surgery, neuro spine, ortho, urology

Unit/Facility Details: Number of ORs – 8 ORs

Special Requests: There is no shift differential for AM/PM.

No Block Scheduling requests. Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekends covered by on-call 24 hrs Sat/Sun, Call shift during week begins at end of regular shift.
